At Home YouTube Workouts

With a lot of people unable to leave the house, exercise is more important than ever. It helps with both mental and physical aspects, something everyone can use in these times. I use YouTube for a lot of my workouts. There are so many options that you can do at home with no equipment. I figured I’d share some of my favorites and a few that I just discovered and like so far.

The Fitness Marshall: He does dance workout videos along with two other people. They use today’s hits songs so there are tons of upbeat music that really get you moving. The moves are simple and you can learn them real quick. This is probably one of my favorites to work out too. He has a great personality and makes working out fun. https://www.youtube.com/user/TheFitnessMarshall

Blogilates: She packs a good workout in a short amount of time. Some of her videos are a little harder, but she does a lot of modifications for people that are still in the beginner stage. She is very encouraging the whole time and really motivates you. https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates

Pamela Rief: I just started working out to her videos, but they seem pretty good. You will get a good workout in. She doesn’t talk through the whole video, so if that’s your sort of thing, then check out her videos. She has upbeat music in the videos and will have the next move at the top of the screen. https://www.youtube.com/user/PamelaRf1

The Body Project: I really enjoyed the one video I worked out to. It was easy but still really worked out my body. You are standing the whole time and it is low impact. Plus there are real people who have lost weight on there and are still on their journey to lose even more. The trainer really motivates and lets you go at your own pace. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFjc9H89-RpWuIStDqhO7AQ

Those are my picks for YouTube workouts. If there’s someone you like to workout to, let me know down below. Hope this inspires you to workout! Until next time.
