Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Mine was very low-key and relaxing at my mom and dad’s house. I was happy to spend it with family. I’ve always liked to see what people got for Christmas, so I decided to tell ya’ll what I got. This is not to brag or anything like that. Christmas is more about family than gifts, its just fun to see what everyone received because we’re all different. Hope you enjoy!
From my cousin I got: two t-shirts, a crab coffee cup (my horoscope is Cancer), a rock owl, a small glass castle, and an owl planter. I love owls, fairy tails and medieval times.
We played white elephant with my dad’s side of the family last Saturday and I got: bath bombs, face masks, a bath and body works candle, and four small bottles of wine.
In my stocking Christmas day I got: Old Dominion’s new CD, Christmas stickers for my scrapbook, Gary Patterson’s Cats calendar (I get this one every year), a phone charger, chocolate, candy, a bath bomb, mascara, makeup brushes and sponge, and a few things for my tool box (I like doing crafts and needed some better tools).
From my mom and dad: dragon ornaments (I LOVE dragons), two owls, mushroom salt and pepper shakers (I collect mushrooms too), a candle, Bailey’s Red Velvet liqueur, plant pokes, two movies, a coffee cup, and five books (I’ll leave those listed down below).
- Forgotten by P.C. and Kristin Cast.
- Christmas Sweets by Joanne Fluke, Laura Levine, etc.
- Danse Macabre by Laurell K. Hamilton
- The Harlequin by Laurell K. Hamilton
- Next Time…Forever by Sherryl Woods
That’s pretty much everything! I have Christmas with my mom’s side of the family this Saturday and we’ll give gifts then. Thank you everyone for reading! Starting this blog this year is probably one of the craziest things I could have done and yet I’m so happy I did. I still haven’t made anything yet, to be honest, and that’s okay. These things take time. I’ve had problems with it and I still haven’t figured them all out yet. I’m thankful I have these problems though. That I can do what I love to do and have people read it. So thank you all. Until next time!
