This Saturday my cousin will be saying her “I do’s”. I’m one of her bridesmaids and have been scrambling to get everything together as the day quickly approaches. She’s been like a sister to me since the day we were born and I am so happy for her. Although it has been stressful to try and help her all the time as well as get everything done that I need to do, it has been a blast.
I’m honestly very nervous. I’ve been in one wedding and did fine, but considering I’ll be in front of family, I really don’t want to mess this up. My dress is a bit too long, so there is a tripping hazard. I’m pretty klutzy as it is, so I’m hoping for the best. I know once it’s all over, I’ll be glad as well as sad. I feel like this wedding has brought us closer together and I hope we stay this way even after it’s all said and done.
The point of this post is to show that everyone gets nervous. Everyone can get scared sometimes. We feel like there is the potential to fail sometimes. Yet we go on anyways. We have that bit of faith in ourselves and we continue on. One foot in front of the other. I wish that for you no matter what you do. It’s okay to be nervous, but don’t let it stop you from doing what you want.
Thank you all so much for reading. I appreciate all of you, both new and return readers. Hope you all have a great day. Until next time.
