I love DIY projects. There were a lot I wanted to try and do this month, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to them all. I did two that I’ll be sharing today. None of these are my original ideas, but I don’t have links for any of them. Pinterest is a great place to find ideas so I highly recommend looking there.
First I have a rug that I made. Mine is the Let’s Get Spooky one and my cousin made the other one. We used stencils and craft paint before coating them with clear sealant. This was so easy and fun to do! I did leave mine inside just so it holds up longer, but I like how it looks in my house.
Next is this floral design. I got a plastic pumpkin pail from Walmart, flowers from Hobby Lobby and used some gravel to put in the pail. I did separate that flowers from each other so that I had more to fill in the pail. I feel like it still needs some more to fill in the gaps, but I like how it turned out.
Those are the crafts I got to do this month! I plan on doing more next year and can’t wait to see what else I come up with. Until next time.
