Simply Having A Wonderful Christmastime

Christmas is getting even closer. Now is the time for gift shopping for all the people in your life. My last post talked about gift ideas for three facets of people. Here’s three more for you. Hope they help.

The Traveler

  1. A globe. Globes don’t take up much space, plus they really show what the person you’re buying it for really likes. Get one that matches their personality and you’re set.
  2. Guide books. Guide books are great for travelers. There is so much information packed in them and they will enjoy that. If you know a place they’re planning on going to, then its a perfect gift.
  3. A chargeable phone charger. Often the traveler won’t have the means to charge their phone the easy way. A portable phone charger would be great. They’d just have to charge it before the ride and they’re set.
  4. Noise canceling head phones. Plane rides can be noisy so headphones are a great idea. They can get some rest or even just listen to music in peace.
  5. A neck pillow. Perfect for naps on the ride to their destination. They’ll be comfy and happy.

The Foodie

  1. A good bottle of wine. Well any alcohol really. Just get them something they like. Vintage always sounds better, but not necessary.
  2. A cheese board and knife. Foodies love to entertain and this is the perfect way to try different cheeses, crackers, and meats. They can display on the board and won’t have to hunt down a knife that goes with it.
  3. Food gift baskets. It’s food. They’ll love it! Plus they’ll get to try new foods and that’s always a treat. You can make your own or buy a prepackaged one.
  4. A food subscription box. It’s a gift that keeps on giving month after month if you choose a bigger subscription plan. Even if you just do one month, it’s a surprise they’ll look forward to coming in the mail.
  5. Restaurant gift cards. You can pick their favorite or give them a variety of places. New places are great too. That just gives them an excuse to go.

The Workout Warrior

  1. Again, a subscription box. They’ll get different items that nobody would necessarily pick out for them. Plus they’ll get to try new workout things and they’ll love that.
  2. Wireless headphones. Nobody likes to try to untangle wires during a workout so these will be perfect. Plus they’re easy to carry and most of them have their own charger which means less cords.
  3. An activity tracker. A bit expensive, but amazing for tracking workouts. Its the one gift that will last them for years and years.
  4. Resistance bands. Or workout clothes. Both can be used excessively. If you don’t know their style, you could always get them different strengths of bands.
  5. A kitchen appliance. You don’t have to go expensive. An air fryer or a nice blender will fit in nicely with their lifestyle and they’ll be able to use it over and over again.

Hope all these ideas help. Remember, there are so many more ideas than the ones I listed. This is just a starting point. Think outside the box. Look places you never have before. Try out an Estate sale or a thrift store. The point of Christmas isn’t the cost, its the love behind the gift. If there’s any particular set of people you need help with, let me know! Thank you all so much. Until next time.
