How I Achieve My Goals

Everybody has goals and everyone has their own way of getting them all done. I feel we all can do things our own way, but if there’s a simpler way, I’m always all for it. I actually like the way I get things done. It makes me feel organized, so I thought I’d share my way of achieving my goals. I will have an example of one of my lists down below. Hope this helps!

  • Main goal- Write down your main goal. This will help inspire you, and makes getting your goal done easier.
  • Start small- If your goal is big, break it down into smaller parts. This will help you from getting overwhelmed and also helps you with a starting point.
  • Make a list- List everything you have to get done for each smaller goal. This breaks everything down even more, which helps you accomplish even more.
  • Take it one step at a time- Don’t try to do a bunch of steps at once. More often than not, things can get mixed up or you may feel like you lost control of the situation.
  • Don’t stress- Didn’t get as much done in a day as you wanted to? Don’t worry. Tomorrow is another day. There’s no reason to get worked up, when you can always do more another time. Stressing only makes things worse. Take a deep breath and continue on.

These are a few tips I can give. I’ll show you one of my lists that I have made. I do these for anything, from cleaning the house to packing for a trip.
