Healthy Snacks (Part 5)

With the holidays fast approaching, it can be hard to stay away from unhealthy snacks. Today I have a few more to add. I have four other posts with even more ideas, so make sure to check them out! Plus I’ll be doing more in the future, so be sure to subscribe. Let’s get into the snacks!

Popcorners:

I love these so much. I’m a huge fan of popcorn, but I hate getting the husks stuck in my teeth and throat. These solve that problem. There are so many flavors to choose from. The kettle corn is my favorite, but they have many other amazing flavors. They even have some that are high in protein, if that is something you want. Cottage Cheese:

Cottage cheese is a very versatile snack. You can have it plain or add whatever you like to it. You can pair it with crackers, fruit, or whatever. It works for both a sweet and savory snack.

Nuts:

Although nuts aren’t the healthiest in the world since they are high in both fat and calories, they are filled with protein and other good nutrition. They are great for on the go and have tons of varieties. Whether you want peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, cashews, or any other nut on the planet, there’s a tons of different choices, brands, and flavors.

There’s three more healthy snack ideas for you. Thank you so much to Popcorners for sending me over some free products! Sorry this is a shorter post. It’s been an exhausting week, but I still wanted to get a blog post done for today. Hope you all enjoyed it. Until next time.
