Disney Date Night: Moana Edition

I love Moana and have been wanting to do another Disney date night post. I thought this movie would be perfect. I typically don’t have “date night” like one would expect, so this would be great for anyone. A couple, you and a kid or two, whatever you want. I watched it with my parents so however you choose to do it.

With Moana being set on an island or water for the whole movie, I wanted to have tropical fruits. I used a mango, banana, pineapple and then had some pork since it does have a part where they are eating some. I had planned to have fish, but just didn’t get to it but that is something you could also do. I did get a coconut too since they are talked about a lot in the movie.

I love getting fully immersed into a movie sometimes, so I wore a Hawaiian shirt. I know Moana isn’t set in Hawaii, but it was the best I had and it did have tropical vibes. I also put on a tropical sheet mask from Bella & Bean as well as pineapple and melon scented body lotion.

I didn’t continue from there, but you could always do some fun things after the movie. You could learn how to Hula (which would easily help tire you or others out), make a lei, play in some water/learn about the ocean, etc. There are many possibilities.

Hope you enjoyed this Disney Date Night! I love doing these and hope to get another done soon. Until next time.
