For my birthday (June 23rd), my parents took me thrift shopping. This is the first time I’ve been since quarantine. I definitely missed getting to go thrifting, so I was super excited to go. I spent about $20 total. I did find more, but since the fitting rooms were closed I ended up putting some stuff back. Here’s what I got though.
I got a Toned workout top for $3.98. Because it was a white tag, I ended up getting 30% off bringing the total down to $2.79. It is super lightweight and I can’t wait to workout in it.
Next I got two pair of bottoms. A pair of Under Armour baseball style capris for $3.98 and a pair of men’s Nike basketball pants for $4.98. Both fit great, even though the Nike pair is a bit big on the legs.
I also got a plain black belt for $1.98.
Lastly, I got four books: Demon’s Curse by Alexa Egan, The Darkness Beyond by Alexis Morgan, Stealing Snow by Danielle Paige, and Social Media For Writers by Tee Morris and Pip Ballantine.
This was a great little thrift haul considering its been so long since I’ve been able to go thrifting. I did take the necessary precautions going out to stay safe as we all should be doing. Hope you all enjoyed this haul. Until next time.
