More Children’s Books I’ve Been Reading Lately

I’ve bought quite a few children’s books lately and thought I would share all the one’s I’ve gotten. I don’t have kids, but I do enjoy reading them. Hope you enjoy!

Llama Llama Loves to Read by Anna Dewdney and Reed Duncan. Illustrated by JT Morrow- This was super cute. I loved that it was bookish.

Dinosaur Dig by Penny Dale- I really loved this. So cute.

How Do Dinosaurs Say Happy Birthday and How Do Dinosaurs Say I Love You by Jane Yolen and Mark Teague- Both of these were cute. I wish the happy birthday book included both male and female dinosaurs though.

We’re Off to Find the Witch’s House by Mr. Krieb and illustrated by R.W. Alley- This was so cute! The illustrations were adorable. Perfect for Halloween.

There’s an Alien in Your Book by Tom Fletcher and illustrated by Greg Abbott- This was fun and very interactive.

You’re All My Favorites by Sam McBratney and illustrated by Anita Jeram- This was adorable and just so sweet.

Little Blue Truck Leads the Way by Alice Schertle and illustrated by Jill McElmurry- This was really cute. I loved that he got to go to the city in this one.

Llama Llama Easter Egg by Anna Dewdney- This was cute and fun. Loved the rhymes as always.

How to Catch a Monster by Adam Wallace and Andy Elkerton- This was so cute and there was an unexpected part in here that was hilarious.

How Do Dinosaurs Play with Their Friends by Jane Yolen and Mark Teague- Such a fun book. The ending was unexpected.

Is the Wise Owl Wise? by Shoo Rayner- I loved this so much! Super cute.

K is for Kissing a Cool Kangaroo by Giles Andreae and Guy Parker-Rees- This was fun and was a different way to tell the ABCs. It is interactive as well in the end.
