I’ll be turning 25 on June 23rd. I’m excited, but at the same time I feel like its another year gone. I got a lot accomplished in less than a year, so this year I’m happy about that. I hope my blog keeps doing well. Now if only I’d work harder on my writing. I’m getting there slowly. Now for the fun stuff. My parents always ask me for a birthday list every year. I thought I would share it with all our ya’ll too. This may give some ideas for yourself, others, or even help get to know me even better.
Movies:
- I Still Believe- I wanted to see this in theaters so badly, but with them being shut down, I never got to. It looks so good! Plus it has great actors.
- Fallen- This is based on the book Fallen and I loved that book so much. I’ve been curious to see if they stuck pretty close to the book, but I’m not holding my breath.
- Fruits Basket- I’ve seen the old anime so many time, and once I heard they were remaking it I wanted it so bad! I was going to buy it myself, but money’s been pretty tight for me lately.
- Mary and the Witch’s Flower- The way this movie looks reminds me of Studio Ghibili movies. They are so good and I’m hoping this one is too.
- John Tucker Must Die- I saw this movie so many time over the years, but I never have bought it.
CDs:
- Chris Lane- I love his voice so much. He has a song called “Starting Tonight” that I listen to all the time.
- The Color Morale- This is a more metal-core band, but I still listen to their music a lot. They have a lot of relatable lyrics.
- Parker McCollum- He’s a Texas artist with incredible songs. I just started listening to him late last year, but I’m already hooked.
- Dustin Lynch- Another country artist. He has a great voice and very catchy songs.
Books (AKA my favorite category):
- Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare- I love her writing and always buy everything she writes.
- The Kingdom series by Marie Hall (4-?)- I have read the first three books in the series and loved them. I really want to finish this series. They are all based off fairy tales and she does an amazing job at recreating them.
- Perfect Ruin by Lauren DeStefano- I’ve wanted this book for a long time. I have a huge book list so I picked this one off of it.
- Manga Cookbook- I love manga and I love cooking. This is the best of both worlds.
- Mystery Writers of America Cookbook- Again, I love cooking but I also love mystery novels so this is perfect.
- What Are Friends For?: A Friends To Lover Romance by Sarah Sutton- I follow Sarah on Twitter and she’s such a sweet person. Her book sounds super cute and like something I’d really enjoy.
Miscellaneous:
- Constellation workout leggings/shorts- Michelle Khare wore a pair of these on her YouTube channel and I was obsessed.
- Dragons- I collect dragons so more for my collection would be amazing.
- Xbox Games- I love playing games so new ones are always appreciated.
- Just Dance for the Wii- We have an older Wii so games are sometimes hard to find. I love playing Just Dance and use it to work out quite a bit.
- Earrings with stars or moons- Like the leggings, I love jewelry with stars and/or moons on it.
- Workout tops- I love new workout apparel so this is something great for me, especially since I started getting into working out real heavy again.
- Kettlebell- The one I have is pretty low weight, so I’d love a little bit heavier one to use.
Hope you all enjoyed this! What are some of your favorite things to get for as gifts?Let me know down below. Thank you for reading! Until next time.
