I have always had short eyelashes and I’ve never really liked them. Mascara never did much to help them either. I always wanted longer and thicker lashes but never really knew how to get them without spending an arm and a leg. Plus I was always nervous about whether it would work or not. When Jolie Beauty reached out and asked if I wanted to try their new product, I’ll admit I was a bit nervous but down to try it. Well, let me tell you now, it worked! First of all, I love the packaging of this growth serum. It is gorgeous and looks good sitting on your bathroom counter, which I know isn’t super important but amazing none the less. The wand that you actually use to apply the lash growth serum is very thin and glides along the lash line easily. The directions are easy to follow and only takes about a minute. All you have to do is apply it to your upper lash line, blotting away the excess and keeping it out of your eye. That’s it. Just make sure to keep your wand sterile between uses. I have found the longer you use it for, the better you get at applying it to your upper lash line. I ended up having to blot off quite a bit in the beginning, but now I pretty much get it perfect. You use the serum at night so I ended up just including it in my nightly skincare routine.
It took a few week before I actually saw results. It does take a bit of time, but all things worth doing do. I’m sure I drove my parents crazy, because I asked them several times a week if they noticed any change in my lashes yet. I did have a cousin who noticed the difference, which made me happy. Even now, while I notice a change in my lashes, not everyone does. Of course, I doubt anyone stares at my lashes for crazy amounts of time like I do. 😅

My results aren’t super incredibly obvious, but they are to me. Pictures definitely didn’t do it justice. No, my eyelashes aren’t extremely long, but they are longer as well as thicker than they were before. I’ve even noticed that they don’t fall out as much. I’ve used this a little over four weeks and I still have a ton of the serum left. I will definitely continue to use this. Eyelash serums aren’t exactly cheap, but with Jolie Beauty’s products being both vegan and cruelty free, I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra, especially since it does work.
