I have so many books on my TBR shelves, that I never get to read all what I want to read in a year. Plus, I do buy books throughout the year and I end of reading them first a lot of time. I decided to pick out twenty-one books that I want to read this year. I have them in a pile in my house now, so I can slowly work at reading them. Hope this gives you some great book recommendations!
- On Second Thought by Kristan Higgins- I love Kristan Higgins, and since I saw that I have a book by her that I haven’t read, I definitely need to read it.
- Finally A Bride by Sherryl Woods- I haven’t had this book long, but I really want to read it. Sherryl Woods is a great author so I’m excited to read this.
- Sweet Spot by Susan Mallery- I read the first book to this series this month and really can’t wait to continue it. Luckily my mom had the second, but I don’t think she has the third.
- The Hypnotist’s Love Story by Liane Moriarty- I’ve been wanting to read more of Liane Moriarty’s books and I had several on my shelves. I picked this one to read for sure this year. Hopefully I get more read.
- On The Edge by Pamela Britton- I love NASCAR related books, and I really like the way Pamela Britton writes them.
- Ain’t Myth-Behaving by Katie MacAlister- I’ve had this book for a good while. Katie MacAlister’s books are always pretty funny and I feel like this one will be as well.
- Deadmen Walking by Sherrilyn Kenyon- I love this writer. This is the first in the Deadman’s Cross series.
- Generation Witch by Isaki Uta- This is a manga that seems so amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t have the first in the series but I plan on getting it this year.
- Swept Away by Robyn Carr- Robyn Carr is an amazing writer and I read pretty much anything she writes. I have a bunch of her books so I chose this one to read.
- Out Of My League by Sarah Sutton- This and the next one are the newest books I have, but I am impatient to start reading them. I know I’ll be choosing them soon.
- What Are Friends For? by Sarah Sutton- Same as above.
- Ten Rules For Faking It by Sophie Sullivan- I won this ARC (advanced reader copy) off of Goodreads and have never gotten around to reading it.
- After You by Jojo Moyes- This is the second book to Me Before You. I’m hesitant to read this book, because if its anything like the first, my heart is going to be broken. I have loved all her books that I’ve read so I know I’ll read this sometime.
- The Forbidden Wish by Jessica Khoury- I love retellings, and this is supposed to be based off of Aladdin. It sounds so good and I can’t wait to pick it up.
- Tiday by Amanda Hocking- I’ve had this book for a while and have just never read it.
- Stay Sweet by Siobhan Vivian- I’ve heard great things about this book, but I never did read it.
- The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson- I wanted to read this book so bad when it came out about four years ago. I just haven’t even read it.
- Missing by Kelley Armstrong- I got this book last summer and so far haven’t reached for it. Its short stories, so I know I’ll like it.
- Carve The Mark by Veronica Roth- I’ve had this book for quite a while. I definitely need to read it.
- Moon Chosen by P.C. Cast- I’ve had this book for about four years now. I also have the second one. I’m pretty sure I started it, but I never read on. I really need to read it. I like P.C. Cast’s writing, so I don’t know why its still on my shelves.
- The Dysasters by Kristin Cast and P.C. Cast- I haven’t had this for a long time, but its one I really want to read. I love the mother/daughter duo and can’t wait to see if I like this book.
There’s all twenty-one of the books I want to read in 2021! Have you read any of these books? Let me know! Subscribe to my email list to find out which ones I actually read this year. Until next time.
[…] I love the mother/daughter writing duo, and while this wasn’t as good as the House Of Night series, I did still like it. I really liked the sketches in this book as well. This is one book off my 21 books to read in 2021 post (https://alittlebiteoflife.com/21-books-i-want-to-read-in-2021/). […]
